The Purpose of Discipleship: If You Know The Why, You Will Know The Where And The When

Today we are looking at something interesting. We are considering: The Purpose of Discipleship. Now, there is a subheading that we want to consider under it. It is: If You Know The Why, You Will Know The Where And The When. it has been said countless times by many people across the nations that if the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse is inevitable. So, the only way not to abuse anything is to know why the thing is created. You don't have to be the creator of a thing for you to enjoy or use it. If only you know why, then you will know how. If you know why a thing is made, you will have an idea of how to use it, how not to abuse it and how to maximize it.

Listen To Podcast: THE PURPOSE OF DISCIPLESHIP: IF YOU KNOW WHY, YOU WILL KNOW WHERE & WHEN!

So, we want to consider The Purpose of Discipleship, understanding the fact that you are not the author of discipleship, none of us instituted discipleship, God instituted it and God has a purpose for it. And if you can understand the purpose of discipleship, your life will have a different experience. I want us to quickly go to the book of Acts of the Apostles chapter 1, and we will read from verse 6-8. I am sure you are familiar with this Bible passage. It says: "Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Lord, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” 7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority." You know, I am sure many people have read that verse and have wondered like: "it is important, at least, we read the Bible that says there are two hundred of the sons of Issachar who understood times and seasons, they knew what Israel ought to do." But see the clause there; it says: "the times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority."

So, I want you to just note that the only reason why you have not been permitted to know it is because it is under the authority of God. Let us go to verse 8 which is our focus. It says: "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you;" The question is: who is the you or who are the you? So that you know who this message is directed to. Who was he referring to? So that you can know whether you can claim whatever was written there. And you know, it is common for we humans to want to claim the goodies or the perks. We don't want to claim the responsibility. This verse 8 shows us the goodies or the perks of an office or the offices and it also connotes and carry within it, the responsibility expected of anyone who enjoys the perks of the office. Do we understand?

It says "but you shall receive power" and He was referring to His disciples. You remember in verse 6 where the Bible says they asked Him when they gathered together; "will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” And you will see in verse 2, so that you will know those He was talking to. The Bible says: "Until the day in which He was taken up, after He through the Holy Spirit had given commandments to the apostles whom He had chosen." So at this time, He was talking with the apostles, the apostles, His disciples. And I am sure if you are a disciple of Jesus Christ, this message is also meant for you. He says you who are my disciples shall receive power, not you may receive power. You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. Once you have the experience of the Holy Spirit in your life, then you will start working  in the reality of the power of God in your life. And you who have received power, who are my disciples; you shall be witnesses unto me.

It is not "they shall be witnesses to me", it is not the world shall be witnesses to me, it is not your generation shall be witnesses, it is you, who have received the power of the Spirit. And so if you wonder how come no one else wants to talk about God, how come no one else wants to speak about Jesus the way you are concerned. You are concerned about Jesus Christ simply because you are His disciples who have received the power of the Holy Spirit. And so, don't get worried thinking like "since I am the only one in my area talking about Jesus, maybe there is a problem, No!" And I want us to see what they are expected to do. It says: "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

So, beginning from where you are to your greatest imagination, beginning from your scope of imagination right now to your realm that you dream or you desire, beginning from your today to your future, your responsibility will not change. Even as you are young now, till you are old, there is something you will do. It says: "and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Even till the end of your life, this is what you will do. Now, what you will do is premised on what you have received, and what you have received is premised on who you are. It says you are first and foremost, my disciples. And now, haven being my disciples, you have been with me. Haven been with me, you have known my ways. I have taught you the things that my Father has taught me; I have shown you the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven. You have access to knowledge and so, you have understanding. Because you are a man or a woman of understanding; and you has followed me thus far; when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will receive the power of God on your life.

So, the power of God will begin to manifest in your life, you will start noticing the workings of God in you because the Spirit of God is upon you. Now, haven received the outpouring of the Spirit upon your life, there is something you will do. You could be twenty-six now; you will begin to do it now. Now, even though you are seventy-six, you will not stop doing it. And that is what Jesus meant there. You will be witnesses to me, He says, in Jerusalem, which is where you are. Now, you have never been to the end of the earth. Even when you get there, you will not change your plan. You will not change your message. You will not change your purpose. Your purpose does not change simply because you are old and now you are young. What I created you for is what you will live for. And this is important for us to know because we are considering the Purpose of Discipleship. Even though a disciple could be young, what he or she has been discipled for does not change, even though the disciple is old, what the disciple has been discipled for does not change.

Beginning from whom you are to whom you will ever become, beginning from where you are to where you will ever be; the purpose remain the same. What is the purpose? You will be witnesses of me. You will be witnesses of no man or to no man, but to me. You will witness me, when others are boasting in men, you will boast in me. When others are sharing "Karl Max says and I quote", you will be saying "Jesus says and I quote." When others are building their marriages, building their ministries; building their businesses on different foundations, you will build everything on my foundation. When others are saying there is a casting down, then I will create a lifting up for you. You will not say what they are saying; you will confess the things that I have told you. When others are saying "they are hungry", you will say "give us this day our daily bread" because that is what I have taught you.

Now, if we must understand this, then we must also understand what Jesus says in Matthew 28 to the same disciples. Matthew 28, from verse 16. The Bible says: "Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them." And this is very instructive. Nobody appointed this place for them. They were not there for social gatherings, they were not there because their culture demands it, and they were not there because there was a law that says they must be there. It was because they have been appointed by the Lord Jesus Christ to be there. And you must notice the pattern of these people. They were not suddenly going to become a people who patterned their life after Christ; they have been patterning their lives after Christ even before the departure of Christ.

Before they received the power of the Spirit upon their lives, they had been following Jesus. Now, Bible says from verse 17: "When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth." Now because of this, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations." You see, this is how you know the purpose of a thing or a man. If a young boy have been idle for a long time, or a young woman have been idle for a long time; look at such a young person and say "young man, young woman, why are you idle?" No matter what he gives or she gives to you as an excuse, if you choose and decide to give such a young person one million dollars, and then you leave; perhaps you put a camera to watch the man or the woman; suddenly you will know the purpose of that guy or that woman. He has been idle because what he needs to function with, he does not have.

He can give you all manner of excuses. But once he thinks, he believes he has received that power to do, he will start doing that inner thing that makes him or her come to life, whether good or evil. Somebody has been nice all along; perhaps the person has not lay hold on the real thing that will empower such a person to fulfill the dreams that he or she has had. Now people have dreams. Many people have dreams. Yet because they lack power to fulfill their dreams, they are quiet, they are idle, they are lying fallow. Now, if power comes upon them, then there will be a realization of what has been dormant in their lives. Now, what that one million dollars represent to that young man, young woman is what the power of the Holy Spirit represents to the disciples of Jesus. Jesus said "all authority in heaven and on earth has been given unto me."

Now since this authority that you have always been waiting for is now available for me, therefore, Go and do something! Did he tell them to go to Dubai and have some fun, No! He said to them "go and make disciples of all nations" because that is the call, that is the purpose of your discipleship. The reason why I called you some years ago is not so that you can have some cucumbers, some salads. It is because you can raise some more disciples. That is why, as soon as we have more power, as soon as we have more authority and what we need to do this work, what you have been called to do is the first thing that we are talking about. Assuming a new political party is formed and to their amazement, they get elected into positions of power in the city, and then political party immediately in the first week of their inauguration, decides to destroy the largest market in the city. Does that not show that is there greatest pain?

Now, when Jesus says "all authority in heaven and on earth has been given unto me" and He says "go and make disciples of all nations", that shows that is the inner desire, His dream, His passion. That is what He has always been yearning for. So, if somebody wants to know the heartbeat of God, then this is it. As far as Jesus was concerned, the reason why He will have sleepless nights, the reason why He will be on the mountain praying, the reason why He will be in the synagogue talking, was that He may disciple the people, and that more disciples could be raised unto God. It says "Go and make disciples." He didn't say go and make medical doctors, he didn't say go and make more farmers, He said go and make more disciples.

Go to the nations and make more disciples. If you can do that, then you have succeeded. So, what is my purpose for you? It is that you may make more disciples. And there is something else I want us to know there. It says: "baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you." The question is: When were they commanded? They were commanded even before they receive the power. They were commanded when they were in the discipleship. They were commanded when they were taking through life on a daily basis by the Lord Jesus Christ. The things that Christ commanded them in the secret time, in the secret places, now teach those who are following.

The new disciples that will be raised up by you; let them be taught the things I taught you. Let your secret be made available to them, and that is it. The things I taught you were the basis, the secret of your success. Now share with them, because that is your purpose. I have called you that you may raise more people, more sons to glory. I have called you so that there could be men and women who are born unto God who are actually after your kind. That is why you must have the right kind. That is why there is no room for error in discipleship. You cannot skip classes. You cannot skip phases. If God needs to take you through a process, you cannot dodge it. Why? Because the people that will be raised after you, they will be raised in your kind.

Discipleship is sensitive. A disciple is one who follows a model, who himself or herself eventually becomes a mould. You follow someone and you will also be followed. If you did not follow properly, those who follow you will not follow properly. It is not because they want to follow you abnormally, mistakenly, but the mistake of your making will also overwhelmingly pour out unto them. Since you did not see correctly, you did not follow correctly. When they are even trying to see you correctly and follow you correctly, they will not be able to see you clearly and follow you correctly. Why? You are unclear and not transparent. Nothing about you is transparent, not crystal clear. There are impurities and little foxes that spoil the vine. So, when people want to behold your life and use it as a pattern to their own, they cannot behold correctly. And this is why if you have been called into discipleship, you must understand the purpose of your calling.

Until you have something, you cannot give it. Until you have received a life from God, you cannot share it with another. If you share what you have not properly received, you will be sharing something that is not accurate. It is like trying to download something on the internet, and because you are in a hurry, you downloaded 97% file. It will become still, a corrupted file. For those who have attempted to download games in the past, you can be downloading something of serious megabytes, hundreds! And because of one file that you did not download, the whole software will not run. And so, you say "corrupt file." Imagine your life, one that has been discipled, because you have skipped phases, processes, certain files, kingdom secrets and files, missing in your life. And so, because of that, every time that your life wants to be put into effect, there is this error message coming out, missing file.

Patience, not found! Character, not found! The file is missing as well. What then would you produce? Then you will replicate multitudes of men after you who have character missing, who have patience missing who cannot sacrifice, who cannot long suffer. Then you will find missing character. And so, because they are missing character, a people with missing attributes, they cannot replicate accurately, they cannot produce accurately. And so, why do we have mediocrity in the Body of Christ? Men and women who have spent years in discipleship, because there were moments when they skipped process, they now produced patterns after them, men and women who also skipped processes. So we have religious people, and we have men and women who are truly not following Christ Jesus.

The character or the patience of the Spirit is not seen in them. That is what the Holy Spirit wants me to share. Acts of the Apostles chapter 2, I will read from verse 1-4. Don't forget Jesus already told them in chapter 1:8 that they will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them.

"When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

Verse 14-16

"But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. 15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. 16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel."

 Verse 22

"Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth." Now, don't forget what Jesus told them in Acts 1:8. It says: "And you shall be witnesses unto me." After you have received the infilling of the Spirit, you will not go about resting and getting married. After you have received the power of the Holy Spirit as my own disciples, you will be witnesses to me. This will become your career. Every time we find you, we will find you doing this thing. What? You will be witnessing to me. And apostle Peter was given us a practical application of what Jesus said. So, verse 22 shows us that:

"Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know— 23 Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; 24 whom God raised up, having loosed the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it."

Verse 32

"This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses. 33 Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear."

Now, if you continue, you will notice how they went on and on, witnessing Christ Jesus. They were not there talking about Julius Caesar, they weren't talking about the High Priest either. They were not even there witnessing Moses, No! They were rather picking from the words of Moses how Jesus must be knows by the people. That is how to become a witness of someone. So, every time people are trying to figure out who Jesus was, they must find an answer in you. Why? Because you have been discipled by Him. But is that the truth? Is that what goes on around us? How much of Christ is known in our generation? Do we tell people about the main Jesus or do we teach people about Jesus with our lives?

Do we show them: These manifestation that you are seeing, is caused by Jesus and this is how He is doing it. Haven sat at the right side of the Father and has received of the Father the promise, He has poured out His Spirit upon us. This is the workings of Jesus. This is the hand of Jesus in our lives. Do we show people that what is happening in their neighborhood is the hand of Jesus? How much of Jesus do our neighbors know? How much of Jesus do our family members know? How much of Jesus do we share with people in our offices? How much of Jesus is demonstrated by the works that we do? Are people knowing Jesus more or they are furthering in their ignorance of Jesus?

Let us go to Acts chapter 4 and let us read from verse 13. It says: "Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus." When they saw the kind of things that they were doing, it became obvious that these people have been discipled by Jesus. Because a disciple of Jesus must produce results after the order of Jesus. When men in your office see how you do your work, do they conclude that you have been discipled by Jesus? When people hear you speak, do they say you have been following Jesus or will they say it is because of other things? Can people say the reason that you are not begging for bread is because you are working for Globacom or will they say it is because you are a disciple of Jesus?

Can people attribute your growth to Jesus? Can they attribute your patience to Jesus or will they say "that is how she behaves oo." Because people are expected to know your Master, Jesus, your Lord Jesus through your life. Why? Because you have been discipled by Him. Except you are not discipled by Him. And now, later on, they began to threaten them. Let us go to verse 17.

"But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name.” 18 So they called them and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and John answered and said to them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. 20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.” 21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way of punishing them,"

"We cannot but speak of the things which we have seen and we have heard." And that is witnessing. Jesus said "but you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you. And you shall be witnesses to me in Jerusalem," You shall tell people about the things that you have seen and you have heard in me. The question is: What are you seeing brother? What are you seeing sister? What is it that you are seeing that you must make me see? What is it that you are seeing that your children must see? What is it that you are hearing that your neighbors must hear? What is it that you are seeing that your nation, your generation must know about? Until you have seen, until you have heard; you are not ready or able to share your mind with others, lest you share your ignorance. Because until you see, you cannot really be seen.

It looks simple, but that is the truth. Until you hear, you cannot be heard. Because people don't want to appear foolish. So, when they are not sure they have seen nothing, they will say nothing. As your quietness over the years been the evidence of your lack of intimacy with Jesus? Do your seemingly quietness and shyness that people consider to be humility, could it just be that it is because you have not seen enough? Jeremiah was speaking and said the word of the Lord is locked up in me. It is like fire in my bones, I cannot keep quiet. Have you been quiet simply because there is no word in you? Peter said to Jesus: "to whom shall we go, you are the one who has the word of eternal life."

Every time we behold you, we behold eternal life. And when we see eternal life, we must share eternal life. When we hear the word of eternal life, we must tell another. The same thing Jesus did when He took Peter, James and John on the day that He raised up a young girl, that was the same thing they did when they got to the same circumstance after they were filled with the Holy Spirit, they did exactly the same. Do we remember what Peter did to Dorcas? As he saw Jesus do, he did. Jesus said "as I hear the Father Judge, I judge. My judgment is sure" It is what I have seen that I do. My discipleship is such that produce physical proofs among men. The things I do are the things I have seen the Father do. He says "my Father works hitherto I work."

A disciple who have not seen the work of the discipler, who have not heard the word of the discipler, has not work to do and has nothing to speak. Until you have heard your discipler speak, until you are seeing your discipler do things, you have little or not to see, you have little or not to do. Yet, your relevance, your purpose as a disciple is that you can make more disciples. How can you achieve this when you cannot speak, when you cannot do? Your discipleship is supposed to be sustained by your words and your works. The things you do and the things you say are the basis upon which you make disciples of all nations.

So, if you have an organization that you have started, your organization should become the platform for discipling nations. You have a school that you have started; your school should become a platform for discipling nations. As you have seen your Father do, as you have heard your Father say, you must therefore say and do in your own place of relevance. I want us to quickly see something in Revelations chapter 1 from verse 1-3. The Bible says:

"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw."

So who was John? John was one who bore witness to the word of God and then he bore witness to the testimony of Jesus. So, he was not a medical doctor, he was not fighter or this and that. He was one who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ. Why? He was a disciple of Jesus Christ. And so, what He committed himself into, what he was busy doing all his days on the earth was witnessing the word of God and testifying about Jesus. So, once you see him, you will hear the good news of Jesus from him. He was showing the people who Jesus was and who he is and what will happen. He was so much into this that God show him something and he made it available to us. He said "I was on the Island of Patmos in the day of the Lord, I was in the Spirit." Now I heard and that which I heard was the same thing I am sharing with you.

What you must share with your people, the people that Jesus says make disciples of them, what you must share with the, are the things that you have heard and seen. Bible concludes that verse 2 and says: "and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw." The things that you see are the things that you must share. In Acts 9:6, Apostle Paul encountered a great light. He was a busy lawyer, until he found the purpose of his education. Acts 9:6, the Bible says: So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” And I want us to note it.

Haven received the encounter of the great light; he says "Lord, what do You want me to do?” The he said to him “Arise and go into the city and you will be told what you must do”, not what you may do. You see, I wrote here and I want to read, that what you must do is always preceded by what you must know. For you to know correctly, you must be discipled correctly. “Arise and go into the city and you will be told what you must do.” Knowledge will be shared with you and as soon as you know, you will be able to do because what you must do is a necessity. It is the basis for your creation. The purpose of discipleship is that you make more disciples. You have been raised up to raise. How can you raise when you do not know what you have been made to do? How can you now raise if you have been told what you have been created to do but you have not yourself been raised?

Let us go to Galatians as we are concluding that point. Galatians 1 from verse 11. The Bible says:

"But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. 12 For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. 13 For you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it. 14 And I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers. 15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, 16 to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood, 17 nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia, and returned again to Damascus."

It says "when it pleased God who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, 16 to reveal His Son in me." So when you find me Apostle Paul in your street, the reason why you have found me is that you may receive Christ Jesus. He separated me from my mother's womb that He may reveal His son in me. "He may reveal Him." John the Baptist says that "He might be revealed to Israel, that is why I came baptizing." Until you have known Him you cannot show Him. It is important. The purpose for encountering or calling Apostle Paul even though he was a trained lawyer, was for Christ to be revealed in him. And for that to happen, Apostle Paul went to Arabia to have a personal intimacy with Christ. That I may know Him. I did not go about knowing the priest and the Sadducees and Pharisees. I did not even go back to Gamaliel who was my tutor. I went straight to Christ, that I may know Him, and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His suffering.

Haven known Him, see what Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 2:20. It says: "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." This must become your motto as a disciple. I have been crucified with Jesus my discipler, never the less I live. The life that I now live I live by faith in the Son of God who loves me and gave Himself for me. Once you choose to become a disciple of Jesus, there is an exchange. You die to yourself and you come alive to your discipler so that everywhere you go, you go in the name of your discipler, you go by the word of your discipler and you go for the goal, the purpose of your discipler. For we are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God has prepared beforehand.

God has prepared us a work that we must do and the work can only be done haven submitted ourselves to Him, haven followed Him, haven listened to His words, taking His words as commandment, haven received the power of His Spirit and therefore we go to places, we go to people, we go to platforms sharing what Christ has shared with us. Jesus said the things I told you in the secret; you go to the public to share it. The things I told in the dark, you come to the light to share it. The things I told you in the days of your struggle, you come out among the nations to share it. That is you fulfilling the purpose of your discipleship.

Until you come to the place and the point in your life when you say to yourself or to circumstances: judge yourself, whether we should obey you or we should obey God, for me, Adegboyega Adedeji and my family, we cannot but speak of the things that we have both seen and handle of the word of life. What is it that you have seen? Since you began to follow Jesus, what have you seen? What have you heard? What is it that you have experienced? What were the things that shocked you and shook the foundation of your being? In your work with Jesus, how has Christ revealed Himself to you? How often do you tell others about it? I am not talking about sharing the first time that you traveled to Dubai or the USA or the first time that you are in Business class.

I am saying what has Christ taking you through? How often do you tell others about it? Has God been good to you? How often have you been sharing the goodness of God? Until your people believe in Him, they cannot call unto Him. If they don't call unto Him you are failing as a disciple of Jesus. If your generation does not call unto the Lord, it means they have not believed in Him. If they have not believed in Him, it means you have not done your work enough to help them to see Him. So that His son should be revealed, he has separated from my mother's womb. He called me by His grace. I believe the Lord's call upon our lives is for a reason and Christ must be visibly seen in our lives. God desires that when people see us, they see His son in us.

You know, before somebody thinks people just want us to work for Him, it comes with a package. The sons of Sceva, who never got discipleship, who were never in any process of discipleship by Jesus, they said we exorcise you; we fix this problem in our society in the name of Jesus that brother Gboyega is preaching. And then it says "Jesus I know, Gboyega I know, who are you?" You must get to a point in your walk with God that demons are saying "Jesus we know, Omolara Adedeji we know, Gboyega Adedeji I know, you I know, but who are you?" You must have your link with Jesus established. You know, there is a link between the Father and the children. Every blessing on the father is expected to pass on to their children, even their curses too.

Whatever is on the Lord Jesus Christ should flow into you. You must have that established in the process of discipleship, in your work with Jesus. Become a man, a woman that has a link with Jesus and haven established a link with Jesus, help others to find that link. That is the purpose of your being, that is the purpose of your calling. Christ has called you in order to reconcile His people back to Him, to reconnect people to the original plan, and to make sons among the people and across the nations, to raise men and women who have Christ as their Lord, who have Christ as their discipler, who follows Christ in everything they do. And if we can have a society like that, we have a society where God is in charge. And if God is ruling, we will have a better society for it. We will not panicking or lockdown, society will be better and even you will be fulfilled.

The purpose of God for your life from now till you will leave this earth is that you make disciples of all nations. And if you must do that, it is because you have known Him enough, you have heard Him enough, you have seen Him enough and you are able to share what you have heard, what you have seen, your experiences with others. Through your experiences, you are able to raise up men and women who will follow Jesus just as you are following Jesus, who will also produce the kind of results you are producing. I am sure your life is peaceful and pleasant. I desire and the desire of God is that other people should have such experience as you have even as they hear you and they learn from you. As the Lord as commanded you, you must teach others and then the Lord will be glorified.

Amen!
